99 jeep Cherokee sport overheating

I got rusty water in the lower part of my motor, I
change the thermostat n the water pump but it still
over heating I don't see any leaking but it continues
to need water

IT's leaking from somewhere. Possible it's mixing with your transmission fluid/cooler. How is your trans fluid? white smoke out the exhaust?
