Will a motor from a 2000 Mustang, V6, 3.8 OSC fit into a 1999 Mustang without any major problem
You can make anyrhing fit in anything but you will need more than the engine. tranny and ECU also plus...
Thank you. But I need the specifics on this question
I don't think anyone can give you specifics on how to do it. You will need to make motor mounts, wire harness, linkage, driveshaft, ecu and more. If you do it I think you will find it a daunting challenge that will only lead you to be discouraged. If you are able to do it, I would love to see pictures of the finished installation. Good luck.
Sir, I'm not asking HOW to do the job. Just trying to find out if the same motor FITS... THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME
Anybody else got any idea?
I guess I misunderstood your response... you wanted specifics and I took that to mean instructions. sorry. Now, will it fit. YES, the V6 will fit in the hole left by the V8.
