What type or grade of oil do I need for my 99 ford mustang convertible?

Synthetic blend from Ford for me. Currently at +113,000 on my 5.0L.

A v6 from the factor recommends 5w30, and the v8 4.6's have very tight engine specs and using anything greater than a 10W30 can and will cause the oil filter to balloon/burst and cause internal engine damage.It calls for 5w20...... hope this helps
