2000 Jeep Cherokee, when you accelerate the car it shorts out, kills the battery and stalls the vehicle

The mechanic shop replaced the trans module and the main computer and it
still the same dies and kills the battery and everything dies.

I would be looking for a break in the main electrical harness, try the wiggle test with the engine running on the harness when you get to a spot where it stumbles or dies that the place to cut it open and separate out the wiring.

I would check the motor mounts and the transmission mount to see if they are broken. If the motor is shifting around it could cause a short.
