my horn an cruise controll do not work.

I replaced the clockspring but that did not fix it anyone have idea what else it could be?

sounds like a bad ground or a short in the wiring

thank-you. Did some more checking, thought I needed to take the fender off to get to the horn. Found out don't need to.
