MY TAIL LIGHTS WON'T TURN OFF

IVE PUMPED THE BREAKS. IVE TURNED THE CAR ON AND OFF. I EVEN PULLED ANS PUSHED ON THE BREAK PAD

There is a "brake pedal position" (BPP) switch connected to the brake pedal. That may have gone bad. You can reach under or along the brake pedal and find it, dirt may have fouled it up and it's stuck closed. If it's bad it's fairly easy to replace.
