Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When I changed the spark plug and coils the jeep hesitated
twice to start in 2 weeks. I didn't know why but then the fuel
pump went out and figured maybe that was the beginning
of the problem. Changed out the fuel pump. As I was doing
that I cracked one of the nipples to the fuel line on top of
the fuel pump. I didn't know til we started the jeep. It was
jumped started bc obviously the battery wasn't good. But it
started. Then I noticed the gas leaking from the crack on
the fuel line. I used JBweld to seal it only now it didn't start.
So I'm guessing it's clogged somewhere. I flushed the lines
though. Changed the fuel pump out again n still doesn't
start. Changed the crankshaft sensor. Lights come on.
Cranks but don't start. There's fuel getting to the injectors.
I'm stuck.. any ideas??

I’m thinking security system. What’s odd is it shouldn’t have started and ran at all if the system was fully activated. Do you have spark at the plugs?

Try a little bit of starter fluid in the intake, if it even tried to run on starter then your problem is fuel delivery, if so Then check for injector power and trigger signal from the ECM. No power look for blown fuses, no injector trigger signal, look at ECM main power and grounds and there are a few of them, also sensor grounds on the engine itself. Now if it doesn’t do anything on starter fluid then you have ignition problems like spark plugs, coils, plug wires and so on. This is of course taking for granted that the basic engine is in good condition.

Starting fluid got it started but idled very high. Fuses are good.. the plugs n coils are new. I did notice that I had a lil trouble turning the key while starting the jeep. Like it was locked. This maybe stupid of me, no it is stupid, I didn't change the fuel filter. I was told that it had a non serviceable one in the fuel pump. I didn't look it up myself to make sure. I did flush the lines but I was thinking that old fuel filter may have pushed something in the lines. But there's fuel getting to the injectors. Idk.. I'm still learning along the way. No offense to anyone but I can't depend on a man to do it for me so I have to teach myself. With y'all's advice as well.. thanks!!
