how to change the parking light on thee rear driver's side of 2002 jeep liberty

Either there are screws that you can access from the outside that would remove the whole tail light assembly or more likely there will be a section of the trunk/rear where you would be able to unclip, or remove a section of the interior wall to gain access to the tail light assembly. It'll be held in by screws or clips. If you get that far then just pull the while bulb section out and replace the blown bulb.
