Agree with the above poster. However, disconnecting the coil wire is only going to set a second (different) code. CHECK THE CONDITION OF YOUR SPARK PLUGS! Could be simply a bad plug. Your vehicle has coil over plugs meaning there is a separate coil mounted on top of each spark plug. A quick way to diagnos a bad coil on this type of system if you have your own OBD2 scanner is to A. Clear all codes. B. Swap the cylinder #2 coil with any other cylinders coil. C. Start and run the vehicle until the check engine light comes on or it resets a code. D. Shut the vehicle off and check if the misfire moved with the suspected coil to the cylinder you placed it on. If so, replace that coil. If not and its still misfiring #2, you possibly have a bad spark plug or other problem, in which case remove and check the condition of the plugs and replace as needed. If replacing a coil, consider replacing the plugs anyway as a high resistance worn plug can cause the coil to overwork and fail in the first place.
