clean the negative cable, the positive cable and the other end of the negative cable where it attaches to ground pull off the bolt, wirebrush the spot where it bolts in remove the corrosion from the bolt the connector and put it together along with the ground cable leading to the engine. three points of 300 ccamp contact. with this renewed ground everything should pipe back up and running. in case it does not look at the fuses and the relays if the fuses check out okay...the relays will smell burnt that's how you'll know they are toasted, but first a fuse should blow~

You have a short and your radio unhook your radio and wiper shoes start working if not correct Place relays for brand new ones

Disconnect the battery for about 15 minutes. The internal breakers will reset and everything will work once again. On a liberty I recently worked on the AC clutch would not turn on either. The Battery disconnect fixed all three non functioning features...wipers radio and AC No one talks about these breakers but they control a lot of things in a liberty. The only way to reset them is to disconnect the battery for at least 15 minutes.
