air bag light is on
Have it scanned for the airbag code/codes so that one or some of the sensors are correctly replaced.
Something you might check first, just behind the drivers kick panel you will find a green connector, try unplugging it and checking the contacts inside, if they look good then plug it back together and recheck for the air bag light, if it is still on then have the system scanned for codes like Tom suggested.
When checking, don't use any self powered test equipment. Such as a self powered test light or ohmmeter. This can cause the airbags to deploy without warning as you're testing. HTH. - Jim
