Question type: Maintenance & Repair

99 explorer has 200K miles, V6 engine.  Was occasionally missing or killing at idle.
Disassembled throttle body and cleaned, boy was it gunked up with black goo.
Reassembled and idles perfect at 700 rpm, no miss.  When driving up ramp (under load)
or at about 45 mph it begins to again miss occasionally.  Any ideas?.

Could be a few different things: spark plugs, wires, cap and rotor(can't remember if it's got coil packs or not) Fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, plugged catalytic converter.
