i need to remove and replace a front door 1999 Ford Explorer drivers side
I dont want to cut the wires to the door.

You'll need to remove more parts then. Follow the wiring from the door at the hinges, it should go through a boot on the fender into the vehicle. The electrical plug connections to the wiring from the door is in the driver side kick panel.
