I have an 05 TJ 4.0L automatic. Turn key and gauges don't respond use ODBII reader and it is not sensing the pcm. What could be causing this?

Lights power on, starter turns over when jumper relay, battery tests good, system is not
recognizing the PCM receive error when using ODBII reader and code 0602 using
odometer shortcut.

P0602 is as a fuel calibration error in the ECM, sorry I can't help your further.
