Question type: Maintenance & Repair

mech is telling us after replacing all the breaks that the differential is the real
issue? the car is located and repairs will be done in Chicago , IL

1 Answer

A rebuilt differential could run around $1,500 plus installation. I would guess that it will be the better part of a days labor so somewhere in the neighborhood of $2,500. Then again you live in the most corrupt city in the country.
