what is the fifth shock/strut called and where can i find it?

I have replaced four shocks/struts on my 99 explorer and while replacing the
rear i noticed that there is a fifth shock/strut.  I can't find this part anywhere
can anybody help me?

It's called an "Axle Damper" or Quad shock. Online catalogs it's usually listed under steering as a "steering damper". Your local auto parts store probably has it in stock. "Gabriel" brand is what I see most often.
