RE: Pricing on 2017 VW Passat SE w/ technology

Asked by Oct 19, 2016 at 04:22 PM about the 2017 Volkswagen Passat 1.8T SE with Technology Pkg

Question type: Shopping & Pricing

I'm trying to gather info to decide what a fair price is for 2017 VW Passat w/
tech. I noticed on your site that you list a MSRP of 25,855 for this car, whereas
on VW.com they list the MSRP as 27,995 (+dest. charge of 820) for a total
MSRP of 28,815.
Can you explain the diff in price?  Thanks so much!

I was offered the "internet price" of $ 24,995.-- but know I can talk it down another 1-2k and get the 1k loyalty taken off last. It's worth considering now. 1.8TSI. mention no more included warranty for three or two years, worth $ 380 the least be taken off purchase price. Many ways to find an agreement. Right now they all sell for 4k below invoice so ask for dealer invoice and offer 5k off to reach 4k off.
