Civic lights on dash and dragging sound when accelerating

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hi,
So last week all of the dash lights that have to do with breaking, emissions and
power steering came on at once. I reset the computer by putting the negative
battery lead on the positive for about a minute and then they went away for
about 4 days. When it came back I noticed it was when I accelerated harder
then normal (both were on a hill). After a little googling I tried resetting the
tablet on the screen and cycling the push start to try and get the computer to
reset but no luck. Now this morning when I start accelerating I hear what
sounds like something dragging around the right front wheel area but it stops
when I get over 10mph and if I accelerate after that it will not do it. I looked
under the car while it was on the ground but could not see anything. I'm trying
to get it into a shop but everything around here is booked for weeks and it is
our only car. Thanks!

Don't do caveman things like put batt. cables together , pull batt. cables while running , They make OBD scanners do it right ,, Like many things in todays world modern cars can't handle adversity .
