Expedition well we hadto use a funnel it was dark out and so now i was just
lookig under thehood and noticed the dipstick that he put Tranny fluid said
engine oil and on the other side theres one that says transmission oil now
could this be the reason my trucks blown a headgasket?? Now it has water in
the motor oil rusty milky dipstick??
ATF is a low viscosity oil with a high amount of detergents, a little won't hurt an engine and sometimes is even used as a cleaner between oil changes. If he used more than one quart, I'd get the oil changed. If he added too much, it can let an engine temperature to run higher. Whether that caused your blown head gasket is really impossible to tell, it may have been a contributing factor, or it may not have been.
Just change the oil and filter. I seriously doubt there is any connection to the head gasket failure.
