Raccinr Hyundai

Hi ,
This is my buying 2 nd car through the Cargurus ; but the experience with
the first car was great ( with the autobargain of wayzata in MN ) but  with the
latest buy from RACINE HYUNDAI was very bad /Pressured  . I live in MN
and I had to go to racine hyundai after looking at your price $ 24,700 for
hybrid RAV4 2017 limited . But when I went all the way  there 400 Miles from
my residence ; it was very much shocking the way the dealer told me that the
Price is $29500 ; I asked why is that so much the Price on the site was
$24700 and why is the $5 k more ; then the dealer asked me what are you
comfortable with . It was a very embarrassing situation .
I think they are using CARGURUS to provide lower rates and entice us to
just go to the dealer and then at the dealership they end up adding
exorbitance fees and make money what they intended in the first place .
But eventually they charged me the dealership fee $299 and some anti theft
fee of $299 which I do not know why is that ..............I
I was so much tired during my buying process since I had no breakfast since
morning and was in a position to just leave the place ASAP

The reason I went there was it was CARGURUS recomonded
I wished CARGURUS would help customers like me with a transparency
price process like TRUCAR so that we don't endup having a horrible
experience .

I have shared this experience with my friends which they recommended  to
provide an feedback to you guys so that you might at least have a good
process .
