I have a 98 Isuzu Trooper AC and heat is not
blowing out I replace the resistor and the motor
blower and still not working anyone have a clue or
how to fix this problem?

Have a look at your fuses for the climate control and blower accessories. Might be possible the climate control head is bad. If you can pull the climate control head out and reconnect to see if that helps and check the grounds for the blower motor and resistor block. Good Luck!
