Road noise on Nissan Frontier 4x4

It sounds like a tire issue but others say it sounds
like a bearing issue. The fluid is clean and nearly full
in front differential. Even makes the road noise
sound like to big of an aggressive tire sound. Just a
constant hum or big lug type noise. I shook the CV
joints and they will make a noise. Is that an issue?
