Ford 2000 Windstar van all of a sudden they are bag light comes on the Trac off light comes on the lights go down I make it into my driveway it quits won't start sounds like clicki please help me with

Sounds like a low voltage problem, could be a bad battery or alternator failure, or this time of year it could be both. If you have a battery charger try recharging the battery, watch the amps as the battery charges they should slowly drop to around 1 amp at full recharge, if not then replace the battery and have the charging system checked. HTH
