new 2017 honda accord charger plug broken

Asked by Nov 22, 2016 at 11:34 PM about the 2017 Honda Accord EX FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

after only one month, the lighter / socket for a charger at the base of the front
console [behind the gear shift] has stopped working. this seems to be a regular
issue in other models of hondas over the years. is it a separate fuse that is
easily changed? i don't want a mechanic messing up the computer system!

It is a fused circuit, and has nothing to do with the computer systems, you vehicle is still under warranty so take it in, there could be a problem with the lighter body itself.
