what's cause hi voltage in a ford windstar 2000? Please help

I changed the battery but the problem continued.The motor runing but some electrical
parts stop to work like head light,turn light ,radio,Please help me

Sounds like the voltage regulator. It's part of the alternator. I don't see a listing for the voltage regulator separately, as on older Fords so you'll have to replace the alternator. HTH. -Jim
