When I press the brakes
the vehicle won't stop so I
have to use the e brake

You wouldn't be asking this question if you knew how to work on your brakes, so I suggest you get the vehicle into a brake shop ASAP before someone gets hurt

The good thing is they know how to use the hand brake.

Brake fluid and bleef the brakes if that still doesnt do then take it in.
