Is it a fuse or relay switch?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2000 Taurus Wagon that my son uses when he's home from college, but he's had a couple run-in's with something that caused my windows not to work, the wiper's to stop working(front & rear) and the radio to stop working ALL AT THE SAME TIME. I pulled every fuse inside the car and the few under the hood & all are fine. My guess is that it's a relay switch but not sure which one or even if this is the problem. I need some help and fast!!!
