I have a Wrangler unlimited freedom edition.Will 33" tires fit and what offset in the rim will be legal & not cause transmission issues or rubbing.And can I use XD Rockstar III or II

I think your stock tire size is 255/75-17 which is only a little bit smaller than 33's so the 33's should work but have a tire shop try a tire out for clearance. Tires protruding outside the wheel arches is illegal. Too much offset is a wheel bearing killer so stay close to stock.
