What can I do to get my car running great?

I have a 1996 Infinity I-30 that is running bad.  I've replaced all of the Oxygen Sensors and the Spark Plugs.  Plus, I checked the connection to the engine's computer.  Any suggestions as to what else I should do?

Please elaborate on what EXACTLY you mean by "running bad". Also, when is the last time you had a thorough tune up on the engine?
