Broken car

My car is broken I just stopped going the
drive sometimes forward doesn't reverse
sometimes and now it's stuck in 4 wheel
drive  I can't even push it back in neutral and
if it does and makes a cracking sound

This sounds like a couple of problems, the tranny not operating properly could either be the solenoids sticking or the TCM not sending the correct signals. The 4X4 problem sounds like it may have broke the small gear box the drives the shift pawl inside the transfer case. All of the problems listed will take a professional to check and repair.
