Why my infinity gets stuck in park n only when I release it from the shift lock works how can j fix that so it continues to unlock when I press the break pedal

The brake pedal position switch may be intermittent, check that you have brake lights working when you try to shift out of park. If the BPP switch is okay, it could also be a faulty ignition/lock cylinder.
