My 1983 f 100 ford v8 302 motor is sucking oil from
valve cover into the air filter why ???

Probably because the engine compression is low, which creates an excessive amount of blow by past the piston rings.

Check for a clogged PCV valve and damaged PCV hoses too. HTH. -Jim
