i have a 2004 infinity g35 and my dash gages do not work, nor does the radio and ac. how do i fix the gages?

My brothers car had the same problem he actually bought it that was and they told him at the dealer when he took it in to get it checked because no one else knew what the problem was that it was some type of extra battery pack that the stereo and ac and that area had blew out sold him a whole story about how it’s very common on those cars and he fixes that all the time that the part costs 500+ and labor about 1200 but that he had an extra there that no one knew about so he’d do it all for 700 bucks and one day we changed my brothers battery and got the wrong one so basically the car had no battery for about an hour and when we turned it back on wallaaa the freeking stereo turned on he was finally able to turn the a/c off after it being on auto forever and it always being a freezer in there soo I would try disconnecting the battery completely hopefully that works for you!!
