When I cut the switch on every fuse in the
fuse box has power and my starter starts to
crank the car without me trying to start the
car so starter wire has a continuous power
So you either have a bad ignition switch that is feeding power to the starter solenoid when it is in the run position instead of the crank, or the starter solenoid itself is stuck closed. I have seen a lot of Fords have a stuck solenoid problem, so if it has never been replaced now would be a good time to do so. Then if that doesn't cure the problem then you can move onto doing circuit checks.
