MY FUEL GAUGE IS NOT READING PROPERLY. I'VE RAN OUT OF GAS TWICE!! IS THIS A COMMON ISSUE IN ALL 2005 G35X INFINITE ???

It is a common issue and it's most probably the fuel sender unit that is attached to the fuel pump in the gas tank.
