What would cause a plug wire to keep popping off same plug wire everytime

No.1 plugwire keeps coming off put on by several different people

I'd either crimp the end of the boot to tighten the metal ring in the boot, but it might be cracked. Just replace the #1 wire with a new one, the same length, any auto parts store will sell you one.
