My  trans am want start  and all electric won't torn
on

If the car is completely dead, no lights, wipers, horn, nothing, it's going to be battery related. Check your battery cable connections. Make sure they're clean and tight at both ends. Check your connections down by the starter as well. Again, everything needs to be clean and tight. HTH. -Jim
