blue back up screen

Asked by Mar 01, 2017 at 08:46 AM about the 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2.0T Premium AWD

Question type: General

Hi.  Will the paperclip method work for the blue back up camera before installing another?  And if I purchased an extended warranty for the bumper to bumper up to 100,000 miles, will it be covered yet?

Bumper to bumper warranty would cover a screen problem, but some of those warranties have a deductible. What is the paper clip method?

Read the warranty coverage to know all the conditions and exclusions.

My Dealer told me the 100K warranty is just for the drive-train, not technology problems (my b/u camera has also finally failed). he said those problems need to occur before 30K mi. Nice. Just used the paperclip to restore my radio/bluetooth volume issues, but it did not fix the b/u camera.
