I have a 2000 mustang gt with a 1998 engine inside of it. Can the car still run with it in?

????????? why not... the tune/emissions is ta problem ..did you change over the electronics ?

It runs. But only when it is hot. It takes about 30 times trying to start it until it finally starts. After that it runs clean. It'll start up good right after that. Then you wait about 20 minutes and you gotta try 30 times again. I'm confused. And it's not fuel pressure. It's getting plenty fuel
