belt tensioner broke apart on 2000 3.8 mustang...bolt missing. Can find the tensioner but where to find the bolt besides dealership...they are proud of their bolts. Thanks

Proud? Are you saying too expensive. It's a hard to source bolt. Might have to "pony" on up the cash....Read this thread.. 67827-What- size-bolt-for-the-belt-tensioner

unless you have a pull n save junk yard handy, you are probably stuck with the dealer. unfortunately, some parts are "dealer bound"

Yes, ridiculously expensive. Had experience buying bolts through dealer. Local dealer charged $10.00 per bolt for 6 clutch bolts for 90 stang. I actually "ponied" up and paid the price because hey, I needed the bolts right. Later after beating myself up for a few days I went back to the dealer and talked them into refunding half the price.
