Theft system blinking

After changing O2 sensors spark plugs and
spark plug wiresy anti theft light blinks
cotinually interior lights flash on and off and
car wont start or even turn over, car was
running fine. I replaced O2 sensor because
of bad wires at connection points, now car
isn't running at all

Have you tried to reset the alarm? Procedure can be found in the owners manual.

It says disconnect batt. Waited overnight still nothing.

That doesn't sound right, should say something like using the key lock the drivers door wait 30 to 60 seconds the unlock with key, might be drivers door or passenger door. If it still won't shut down then your in for a trip to the dealer to have it reflashed. That rarely happens on a rig of this year. Are you sure you didn't accidentally disconnect or break a ground wire.

Admittedly I yanked the old O2 sensor since the wires were shredded. The new O2sensor connected past where they were previously torn apart.

Was the sensor you replaced a universal unit, you mentioned shredding the wires. So I would try this: disconnect a battery terminal turn on the headlight switch wait at least 30 seconds, turn off the headlight switch, unplug the sensor you just replaced, check for any blown fuses in both boxes, reconnect the battery cable and see if it will crank over. I'm thinking a crosscircuit problem in the sensor or wiring, I could be all wet but it's worth a look see. Post back the results.
