Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I drive a 2000 ford mustang gt. My car will shake
and jerk when im at a stop or a red light. I took my
car to get an oil change and they told me
everything was good. What is causing my car to
shake and jerk?

ignition is faulty...here's a "scremin' demon" but probably is insufficient chassis ground....and corroded/OLD battery and connections to the ground~ so spark is not happening in a correct fashion...when the alternator boosts the juice...sparks okay then...so power...clean that up with a wirebrush AND put a NEW battery in there~

Can I assume the CEL is NOT on? Clean the throttle body and IAC of carbon first. Maybe even the MAF. Utube has some videos on how to do it.
