Did you do a complete reset of the computer systems after the rebuild? if not then give it a try, I would recommend leaving the battery disconnected overnight with the headlight switch on, that should drain the capacitors completely, then turn off the headlight switch reconnect the battery and start it up then drive it as you normally would as the computers relearn the vehicles systems. if it still won't operate as it should and there is no check engine light you may have to go to the dealer and have the system reflashed to your VIN.

thanks for the info but my navi never had the engine light on even bfore i rebuild the engine i just dont know if its normal the way the engine and tranny work or if theres something really wrong in the tranny cause i dont think that should be normal the way it hit 3000 rpm and never shifts for more speed going uphills

You need to reset it, you don't want the ECM trying to make your rebuild work under old settings, it's just like when you add new hardware to your home PC you need to restart it to allow the new drivers to load and configure for the new equipment.

ok kool ill try that and go from there see wat happens thanks for the info and ur time
