Turn signals and head lights

My friend unplugged a lot of wires and
in doing so the blinkers quit working.
And she took all the fuses out and now
when i put a fuse in the light spot the
lights wont shut off with the car and if i
turn brights on the dash board lights
dont work

wires are not hooked up right
