WOULD A UNIVERSAL IGNITION FIT ON A HYUNDAI ACCENT 1996

THERE IS NO KEY FOR THE EXSISTING IGNITION.

It is possible to put in a universal but you would have to move wiring, not to mention finding a place in the dash that you could put it, then there is the matter of the steering lock, that will have to be dealt with. Have you tried having a locksmith pick out the code and cut you a key? Sometimes you can take in a door lock cylinder and give it to them and they can cut a key that way as long as the door key and the ignition key are the same.
