How do you know when you need a new lower steering shaft
have you changed the timing belt yet....2000 must have a cajillion miles by now...have you been taking care of our baby?
okay there is a little flexible rubber part called the steering coupler...this buddy can get soft and make turning seem vague and squishy~
I guess this would get crushed if the lower part was seized somehow~ not sure how that mighta happened~
I can feel the steering wheel vibrate when I drive
You've got an out of balance wheel or tire...go to "tire pros" or whatever~ a shop that will Balance and give you an alignment if you've got a few extra coins~
Lake Merrit 1994 in case you wondered about the image...I have MS am left Totally alone...this site, now that my good friend Dave Huchison has passed away has brought me back to all my friends~
