Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2001 Hyundai Accent 1.6L engine. It sat
for almost a year without being started before I
bought it. I put a new battery and ignition coil on it
and it fired right up. I also put a bottle of dry gas in
the tank before I put more gas in it. It ran fine when
the weather got warmer. And bow that it's cold
again it won't start.i started with trying new plugs
and wires and that didn't help. I also put a new
crank shaft and cam shaft sensors on with no
results. I am pretty sure the full pump is working, I
can hear it engage when the key is turned and my
fiancee said it smells like the car is flooding itself. I
am at a loss on what to try next. Any help would be
greatly appreciated.

Does the "Security" light stay lit if you leave the key in the Run position over 30 seconds? Is the light flashing? There's a good chance the battery inside the key is dead

It is not a keyless remote entry system. It's manual doors and windows.

Update on my original post. I have put a new fuel pump and fuel filter, and have now realized I am not getting power to the fuel pump. I have checked all the fuses and they all seem fine. I am at a loss when it comes to electrical on a car. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I swapped the fuel pump relay with another relay with the same numbers on it and still got nothing, and it's a good relay because the horn worked with it on.

Update: I have booked a multimeter up to where the relay goes and I have the 12 Volta going to the relay, I have swapped the relay with another identical one that I know is good and the relay operated the horn without a problem. I took the wire harness off the fuel pump and hooked the multimeter up with every combination possible on the harness and I have no power whatsoever. So I definitely don't have power to the pump. Any suggestions on where to start looking?
