Why doesn't my a/c work?
I have a 2002 hyundai sonata and when I
turn the a/c or even the heat on nothing
comes through the vents at all. Please help!
First check the fuse/relays on the electric panel, second check connections maybe something is loose, third maybe the blower motor resistor has to be replaced (common issue) Check in ebay for parts and last the motor maybe is damaged (need replace the whole unit) good luck
Does it fan run on its highest setting only? If yes, it's the thermosistor the fan motor plugs into. Easy and cheap part to fix, usually by going through the glove box.
I will check fuse. Fan doesn't run at all
Same issue here...fan's not running, BUT will run intermittently once in a blue-moon!
Yes mine would randomly work a little too. Found out it's the blower motor. Need to replace it. Haven't yet though lol
What was the quote for work, curious...
Hyundai was suppose to call me back with it but never did so I'm not sure. Probably not cheap. Cheapest part I found was like 50 dollars so I'll probably just buy one and I think I know someone who can put it in
