Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have the 2014 E350 4matic. I used it for quite a
while now but i parked it for a few weeks. After i
tried starting it recently but the lights on the
dashboard comes on but the engine never starts.
Im not sure if is the battery because it looks
strong. What seems to be the problem?

You battery could be to low to turn the starter. Call Mercedes road side assistance, they can jump start the car and check to see if the battery is low on charge. Sitting for a couple of weeks can drain the battery on these new cars.

I did change the battery but still wont crank nor start. Now when i insert the key. It shows take your key out of the ignition. What seems to be the problem? Everywhere was working few weeks ago when i parked it. Now it wont crank nor start and says i should take the key out of the ignition.

Hi Larrison, Did you get this solved? I am having very similar issues right now. I have changed the battery, what was the solution eventually?
