Why is my serpentine belt jumping off

It looks like a pulley is sticking out farther than the rest

one of your pulleys are bad take belt off turn and shake each pulley

Time to replace that pulley. or is it the harmonic balancer, the lower larger one? They tend to break.

You answered your own question Michael. An out-of-line pulley will throw belts every time. Do what those guys suggest

I replaced the pulleys but same issue I noticed that a bolt with the threads was sticking out so I think I need to rethread it
